 Sans Frontiere Marketing Communications works close with their clients from the start, they can act as your UK marketing and PR department or as an extension of your internal marketing rather than an external agency. They are part of the decision making process and will help achieve business goals. 

They work alongside the business plan, so that they can design and deliver an effective marketing strategy to support the sales drive or brand building of the client. They also provide the client with a full years marketing plan, within Excel so that they can allow to budget for marketing expenditure and plan in a controlled way.

Angus Hyland studied information design at the London College of Printing and Graphic Art and Design at the Royal College of Art. He owned his own studio in Soho, London for ten years and then became a partner in pentagrams london office 1998. 

Clients of his have been, AkzoNobel, Asprey, BBC, British Council, British Museum, Canongate books, Cass Art, Citibank, The Crafts Council, Daishin Securities EAT, Getty Images, Grant Thornton International, Nokia, Penguin, Phaidon Press, Pocket Canons, Reed Exhibitions, Royal Academy of Arts, Sage, Samsung, Sage Gateshead, Shakespeare’s Globe and Tate Modern.

His work has been widely published and exhibited and has received over one hundred creative awards including two D&AD, Yellow Pencils and the Grand Prix from the Scottish Design Awards. 

Hyland has edited five books on Graphic Design and was elected a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale in 1999. In 2002 he received an Honorary Master of Arts from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design now formed as the University for the Creative Arts.
